About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As the ambassador of Tiffany & Co., you will be responsible for enhancing the brand's store presence through creative and commercial visual merchandising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with retail teams to ensure in-store presentation is always at its best
  • Drive visual merchandising results, focusing on in-store activations and events
  • Track and share the effectiveness of creative campaigns
  • Monitor visual standards of all stores in ANZ during events and activations
  • Support in-store activations with floor plans and product selection

Requirements

  • 2-5 years' experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of local vendor sources for display supplies, props, furniture, and flowers
  • Vendor and project management experience
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ambitious, flexible, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual
  • Ability to work with a variety of people, present ideas, and information to groups
  • Flexibility in working evenings and weekends, on occasion
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
