About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our Investment Office team. As a Business Manager, you will provide strategic support to the Investment team, focusing on key operational, project, and strategic matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and undertake complex activities in collaboration with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
  • Partner with the Investments leadership team to develop and implement operational initiatives
  • Lead improvements and remediation activities for the division
  • Manage administration and divisional risk teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and disseminate relevant investment communications
  • Manage engagement with key stakeholders to achieve effective strategy development
  • Provide secretariat support to the Management Investment Committee and Portfolio Resilience Forum
  • Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a team

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in business, finance, or a related field. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also have a proven track record of managing and leading teams, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
