Product Sourcing Quality Manager

What's the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to lead our global Product Sourcing Quality Team as the Senior Quality Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies to ensure product quality from external suppliers. Your key objectives will include promoting quality systems, processes, and compliance, and guiding the team, suppliers, and the business through your understanding of quality management principles.
As a people leader, you will mentor and develop team members, provide training on quality standards and procedures, and implement global training programs. You will also collaborate with the global product sourcing team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness.
You will set quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and suppliers, ensuring that all quality projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Additionally, you will support the qualification of external suppliers to produce Bradken's products by developing and implementing risk-based supplier quality performance guidelines. These guidelines will ensure that external suppliers meet defined quality requirements. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, stay informed of changes, and update quality processes accordingly.
