The Role

We're seeking a Product Sourcing Quality Manager to join our global team. As the leader of the global Product Sourcing Quality Team, you'll develop and implement quality strategies to ensure product quality from external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global quality team to promote quality systems, processes, and compliance.
  • Mentor and develop team members, provide training on quality standards and procedures, and implement global training programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the global product sourcing team.
  • Set quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or quality management.
  • Proven supervisory experience in leading and managing teams, including training and mentoring staff.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 standards and QMS implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical process control and quality improvement tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead quality improvement projects and manage cross-functional teams.
Location

This role can be based in Newcastle, Brisbane, or Sydney.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
