Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on leader to coordinate people, materials, and processes in a fast-paced production environment. This role ensures performance is optimised across shifts while meeting daily targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver production plans ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met.
- Monitor packaging line performance and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime.
- Manage shift resourcing, team development, and labour cost control.
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and safety standards.
- Complete shift reports, inspections, and quality documentation accurately.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support site performance goals.

You are a natural leader with a solid understanding of packaging operations and a strong focus on people and performance. You thrive in a dynamic environment and lead by example with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG or high-speed packaging operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, and safety practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
