Food Preparation Specialist

Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of our production team. As a Cooker/Food/Ingredient Prep, you will play a vital role in ensuring the preparation of high-quality ingredients for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up, cleaning, and packing down all equipment and workspaces.
- Locating and preparing ingredients for production in the cooking/preparation area according to predetermined recipes and production schedules.
- Controlling and processing the preparation of ingredients through specialized equipment to finish with correctly prepared ingredients.
- Identifying and notifying the Operations Manager of any non-conforming ingredients.
- Assisting the team in other areas of the food manufacturing process to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in cooking/prep (desirable).
- A get up and go attitude and initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Details:
- Day shift.
- Up to $31.09 per hour.
- 7am - 3:30pm working hours.
