This is a senior marketing and communications position that will play a critical role in the success of our annual festival.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and innovative marketer to lead the development and execution of our festival marketing campaign, as well as oversee all marketing and digital content.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with experience developing and executing audience and sales strategies within a dynamic and competitive arts or creative industry.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the delivery of our brand and festival identity, reputation, positioning, and profile.
- Develop and execute our festival and schools program marketing strategy.
- Oversee our brand and style guidelines.
- Monitor and develop our website and digital channels.
The role also includes overseeing the design delivery of our marketing materials, leading on the design of our festival brand identity, program guide, and website.
Campaign Management- Lead on the design delivery of our marketing materials.
- Oversee our festival and schools campaigns to ensure box office targets are met.
- Create and deliver out-of-season event sales campaigns.
The successful candidate will devise and develop our festival campaign strategy, workflow, and delivery. They will design marketing activity including our content marketing, EDMs, and social media campaigns.
Marketing and Communications- Develop and deliver comprehensive, integrated, cross-platform marketing and communications campaigns that engage and develop audiences.
- Oversee all our marketing and digital content, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging.
Other key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, managing contract marketing and ticketing staff, as well as freelancers such as photographers, copywriters, and podcast producers.
