Assistant Store Manager Role

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales and profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations, including stock control, procedures, and team scheduling
  • Coach and support in-store teams to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and nurture the store team to unlock their full potential
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote a culture of exceptional customer service
  • Be available to work a flexible Tuesday – Sunday roster

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in driving sales and achieving operational excellence
  • Passion for delivering a culture of exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills to coach and lead high-performing teams
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
