Job Opportunity:

The Assistant Store Manager role involves being the store ambassador and overseeing the day-to-day operational management of the retail outlet.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support and motivate the in-store team to achieve goals while demonstrating exceptional customer service standards
  • Focus on retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, and team leadership
  • Be available to work a flexible roster that includes Tuesdays to Sundays and manage the store in the absence of the store manager
  • Develop and train the store team to become product experts and support their professional development
