**Job Description:**

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the optimization of current processes to meet our needs for a wide array of content types. You will guide development and implementation of necessary tooling, frameworks, processes, and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Decompose ambiguous technical problems into tracks of work with clear and prioritized deliverables and owners identified.
  • Maintain program visibility by communicating effectively through roadmaps and quarterly plans.
  • Celebrate wins, highlight risk, and cultivate a team culture of high agency, execution, and customer focus.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Design to identify opportunities to help teams scale faster and efficiently in expansion efforts.
  • Manage external vendors for maximum quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
