We are seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will play a key part in improving the lives of residents by delivering meaningful and person-centred programs that promote independence, wellbeing, and connection.

As a member of our Customer Wellness Team, you will work closely with residents, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference every day while growing your skills and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and compassionate care.

  • Deliver impactful wellness programs that promote residents' independence, health, and overall wellbeing.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team to support holistic lifestyle outcomes.
  • Accurately assess resident needs and maintain thorough documentation to guide ongoing program improvement.
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals and external experts to ensure engaging and effective program delivery.
  • Contribute actively to quality improvement, training opportunities, and a safe, positive workplace culture.
What You'll Bring

Successful applicants will possess:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and advocate for residents
  • Proven ability to deliver person-centred care and wellness programs that promote independence and wellbeing
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment

We would also love you to have:

  • Experience working in aged care, leisure, or community support settings
  • Basic knowledge of aged care legislation and best practices
  • Ability to confidently assess resident needs and tailor programs accordingly
