About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead and manage complex projects from planning to completion.

The ideal candidate will oversee financial and budgeting aspects to ensure project success, monitor key milestones, and adjust plans accordingly to deliver program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in the respective sector.
  • Oversee financial and budgeting aspects to ensure project success.
  • Monitor key milestones and adjust plans accordingly to deliver program objectives.
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables and engage with stakeholders to align and agree on work.
  • Manage performance, compliance, and expectations of resources.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A recognized degree qualification in a technical field or project management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong report writing skills.
  • Experience working with multi-site clients and CAPEX programs.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
