About the Role:

You will be working closely with senior leaders, contributing to innovation and operational excellence. Our team is seeking a Finance Analyst to develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports using Power BI, providing accurate real-time insights across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions for enhanced business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate complex data into clear, impactful financial metrics.
  • Analyse financial performance and key drivers, delivering data-backed recommendations to improve business results.
  • Simplify financial reporting processes by automating tasks and streamlining workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Evaluate data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system capabilities.
  • Present key financial insights to senior management, including variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Train teams on Power BI and reporting tools, developing user guides and running training sessions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects, contributing to financial planning and business growth initiatives.
About You:
  • Hold a degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in financial analysis & reporting
  • Advanced Power BI & Excel proficiency
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present financial data clearly to stakeholders
  • Proactive with strong initiative & accountability
