Job Title: Editorial AI Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Editorial AI Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our AI systems meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and accuracy.

  • Conduct comprehensive testing using authentic journalistic content and newsroom scenarios to evaluate AI tool performance and reliability.
  • Assess AI responses against editorial guidelines, checking for factual accuracy, contextual relevance, appropriate tone, and ethical compliance.
  • Partner with the AI Prompt Engineer to provide detailed, actionable feedback that refines and improves system performance.
  • Design and execute regression testing procedures as AI models evolve, documenting performance changes and maintaining quality benchmarks.
  • Champion quality best practices and uphold the integrity of AI-assisted journalism across all deployments.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a methodical approach to testing, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. You should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
