Job Title

A high-caliber AI Engineer is sought to spearhead AI/ML projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Python, ML, NLP, and text data analysis, as well as hands-on experience with API creation, RAG, Vector databases, LLM prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead AI/ML projects independently and contribute to team growth
  • Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Design and deploy scalable ML pipelines and LLM-based systems
Requirements
  • 6+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years in AI/ML
  • Proficiency in Python, ML, NLP, and text data analysis
  • Hands-on experience with API creation, RAG, Vector databases, LLM prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools like Lang Smith
  • Experience with LLM deployment libraries like Lite LLM, LLM Guardrails, and more
  • Certification in CI/CD, model versioning, and model deployment best practices
