Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead and collaborate on AI/ML projects. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Python, ML, NLP, and text data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with API creation, RAG, Vector databases, LLM prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation. Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices, including monitoring and evaluation tools, LLM deployment libraries, CI/CD, model versioning, and model deployment best practices is essential.

We value candidates who are proficient in Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and willing to learn. This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead AI/ML projects independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
  • Design and deploy scalable ML pipelines and LLM-based systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 6+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years in AI/ML.
  • Proficiency in Python, ML, NLP, and text data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with API creation, RAG, Vector databases, LLM prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
