Bushland Regeneration Specialist

We are dedicated to enhancing the local environment by conserving habitat and biodiversity through professional and effective ecological services.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in bushland restoration and weed control techniques. Your expertise in indigenous and exotic plant identification, as well as your knowledge of native flora and fauna, will be essential in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field experience in bushland restoration and weed control techniques
  • Demonstrable indigenous and exotic plant identification skills
  • Broad knowledge of indigenous species
  • A genuine interest in native flora and fauna
  • An understanding of occupational health and safety principles
  • Working knowledge of herbicides and their use
  • Manual driver's license essential (must be competent at manual driving)
  • Construction Induction White Card (Must be obtained before starting)
  • High level of physical fitness
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite and tablet-based mapping apps
  • Chainsaw - safe operation and maintenance
  • Working at heights training
  • 4wd training/experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in natural resource management or similar
