They are involved in the fabrication of precast components for significant infrastructure projects within their facility. We are looking for committed individuals eager to engage in stimulating work within a flexible setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the manufacturing of concrete precast components.
  • Engage in manual handling and transportation of heavy materials.
  • Operate machinery under supervision.
  • Adhere to safety regulations consistently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

Position Details:

  • Day shifts only.
  • Compensation is based on the role, starting at $35/hour plus penalties (occasional overtime may be available).
  • The client is open to training and developing suitable candidates.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in construction and familiarity with hand tools is preferred.
  • Good mechanical aptitude is advantageous.
  • A valid C Class Driver's license is essential.
  • Possession of a White Card is required.
  • Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks (formal qualifications are not necessary).
  • Ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining workplace safety standards.
  • Must pass a comprehensive medical examination and drug and alcohol screening.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
