Warehouse Picker

Monday-Friday Full time hours
- Blacktown Location

**The role will see you being trained to be a skilled store person in your department and set you up for a significant pathway for permanent work as well as career growth.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate and timely order picking, packing, and shipping of products according to delivery schedules.
- Safely secure and package items for delivery to prevent damages during transportation.
- Assist other employees to work together and complete batch order picks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to provide a safe and efficient working environment.
- Prepare freight with all appropriate paperwork ready for delivery
- Assist in physical inventories and regular stock rotation when required
- General warehouse duties.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Have experience with packing orders, having a sharp eye for detail.
- A valid driver's license with a car as public transport is limited (Parking available).
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labour as required in a warehouse and delivery setting. (Support machines also available)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate order picking and complete delivery paperwork.
- Strong communication skills for effective interactions with team members/team leaders & managers.
- Ability to work independently and follow delivery schedules while meeting deadlines.
- A positive attitude, RELIABILITY IS A MUST, and a strong work ethic to contribute to a productive team environment.
