Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Safety Professional to join our team at SEE Group, a leading civil construction company. The successful candidate will have a background in WHS and be able to lead the safety requirements for large subdivision projects.

About the Role
  • Provide onsite support, upskilling, and facilitation of incident investigations and risk assessments
  • Partner with project teams to support proactive management of key health and safety risks and provide advice in line with our WHS Management System
  • Conduct WHS audits and report on findings
  • Implementation and WHS strategies, initiatives, training, and coaching
  • Coordination of site-based health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities in all areas of the WHS function
About You
  • You hold a Diploma in WHS and Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE)
  • You have current Drug & Alcohol Screening/Testing Qualification
  • You have previous experience on Civil Construction projects
  • You have a current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and adept at learning new IT systems
  • You can pass a pre-employment medical examination, including a drug and alcohol screen
  • You have WHS risk management knowledge to facilitate the development of safe work procedures
  • You have a Safety Differently/Safety II mindset
  • You are a team player with a can-do attitude and willing to assist other disciplines
