Job Title: Regional IT Service Manager

At Saputo Dairy Australia Holdings, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional IT Service Manager to join our team. As a Regional IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services to our regional business units, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT service management strategies to meet regional business needs.
  • Manage and coordinate IT projects and initiatives across the region.
  • Budget planning and management for IT services and infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of IT service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT service management, infrastructure operations management, or IT project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services and projects.
  • Strong leadership, change management, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • ITIL/ITSM certification a plus.
