Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Salt Medical Recruitment. As a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including those requiring rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant state nursing board.
  • Recent experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing nursing practice.
