Leadership Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to assume a key leadership position within our organisation. As a vital member of our centre leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the director and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of centre operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the director's absence
  • Use and implement organisational best practices

Your Impact

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a leadership or centre leadership position, and will be able to demonstrate their ability to lead and motivate a team, establish respectful relationships with families, and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.
