Job Role Overview:

We are seeking a Casual Community Service Field Officer to supervise and manage offenders on mandated community service, ensuring their safety and compliance with Work Health and Safety principles.

About the Position:

  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise offenders during community service, direct tasks, monitor conduct, and maintain compliance with Work Health and Safety principles
  • Liaison and Transport: Liaise with community agencies and transport offenders to and from worksites

Key Requirements:

  • Casual employment under Section 43 of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013
  • Ability to work up to 38 hours per week as required, during the week and weekends
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
  • Able to drive official vehicles and possess an appropriate level of Driver's Licence to meet all job requirements
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
