About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage and oversee the activities of a Therapy Services division.

  • Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team leads and managers to support workforce and service delivery operations and projects.
  • Recruitment: Oversee hiring, onboarding, and induction activities for new staff and placements.
  • Staff Training & Development: Coordinate training and professional development, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to workplace innovation and improvements, focusing on growth and development of scalable systems and processes.
  • Day-to-day Operations: Develop, maintain, and enhance operational models for the therapy team, including monitoring client satisfaction and adherence to clinical best practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all clinical and allied health staff provide up-to-date professional registration information.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need strong leadership and team management experience, particularly within a clinical or allied health setting. Operational management skills, including managing day-to-day operations and effectively handling service demand and staffing needs, are essential.

A demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused services is required, along with a strong understanding of clinical best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary, as well as evidence of ongoing education/professional development relevant to deafness.
