About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring their experience is person-centred and meets the hospital's standards.
- The nurse will manage inventory within the Randwick Campus Operating Suite, utilizing stock management systems to ensure timely replacement.
- Provide high-quality patient care consistent with SESLHD and POWH policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring timely replacement through efficient stock management systems.
- Work collaboratively with Nursing Unit Managers and staff to improve stock management and contribute to transforming care through evidence-based practice.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to identify key messages.
- Proven understanding of stock management principles and budget management.
- Ability to prioritize workload and solve problems effectively.
- Recent experience working in an operating suite environment.
