The Role
  • Utilize IT project tools to manage and report on workflows effectively.
  • Prepare key documents such as reports, presentations, publications, and graphs.
  • Develop and implement communications strategies to increase program knowledge.
  • Capture and document lessons learned upon project completion to support continuous improvement.
About the Team

The position of Project Support Officer is part of the Office of the Deputy Secretary within the Skills and Employment Group.

The Office leads the coordination of Departmental processes on behalf of SE and OTCD, including cabinet functions, planning, and reporting.
