Senior Support Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Executive to provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and members of the Board. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing executive-level administrative support to the CEO and Board members
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes
  • Managing correspondence, emails, and reports
  • Assisting with board committee tasks and document management
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials as required

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a senior administrative support position, preferably in a C-Suite environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • A professional demeanor and ability to maintain discretion at all times
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
