Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package up to $15,990 per annum, Novated leasing, and an optional Meals and Entertainment card up to $2,650 per annum. Our employees also enjoy no-cost uniforms and training, free annual flu vaccination, and access to the Fitness Passport (FP).
Job DescriptionThis permanent part-time role involves caring for residents at our boutique facility located in Sydney's beautiful beachside neighborhood. We are looking for someone who can work on AM/PM shifts, having good availability across the week with variable shift types.
Key Responsibilities- Providing compassionate care to residents with dignity and respect
- Working collaboratively as part of a team environment
- Using computerised clinical management software to deliver high-quality care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Previous experience in a similar role with ability to work unsupervised
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification essential
- Availability to work AM and PM across the week
- Ability to use computerised clinical management software
- A high level of customer service skills
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directives as per care plan
- Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
- Current Flu and COVID-19 vaccination & National Police Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check is a requirement of this role
