About the Role

Bureau Veritas is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Site Quality Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Power & Utilities division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our clients' renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the quality assurance process for utility-scale solar and battery projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems, ensuring adherence to Bureau Veritas' quality policies and procedures.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and control, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, including generator connection standards and GPS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant educational qualifications, including a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and postgraduate experience in Electrical or Renewable Engineering.
