About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Quality Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Power & Utilities division, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our renewable energy projects, including utility-scale solar and battery storage systems.

Your primary focus will be on supporting our clients through the transition to lower carbon and renewable energy sources. You will work closely with our clients, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential quality issues
  • Develop and implement quality management plans for our projects
  • Collaborate with our clients and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues
  • Provide training and support to our project teams on quality management best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working on utility-scale renewable energy projects (greater than 30 MW)
  • Knowledge of solar and battery storage systems
  • Experience in performing design reviews for solar and BESS projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
