Safe Aquatic Centre Team Member Wanted

We are seeking a Casual Lifeguard to join our team at the Aquatic Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising patrons, ensuring safety and care for the community.
Duties include maintaining supervision of patrons in line with the Royal Life Saving Keep Watch initiative, ensuring the centre is well maintained, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, following the Centre's Operations Manual, implementing the Emergency Action Plan, and providing first aid when needed.
Aquatic Centre staff must also maintain equipment, cleanliness of storage areas, amenities, and setting up and packing away equipment.
Safety protocols require that children under 5 be supervised by a guardian at all times.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check (if over 18)
- Commitment to WHS procedures
- Integrity and honesty
- Bronze Medallion
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Aqua Aerobics Certification
- Certificate III in Fitness
- Austswim Learn to Swim Course
- Certificate III in Aquatics (SIS30110)
- Chemical Handling course
- Experience in a public pool
