Role Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Technology Innovation Engineer to lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of emerging technologies that drive business transformation and operational efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can blend technical expertise with strategic thinking, designing and prototyping innovative solutions and leading cross-functional projects from concept to scale.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation across the organisation, collaborating with stakeholders and supporting them through collaboration, user support, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies that drive business transformation and operational efficiency.
  • Design and prototype innovative solutions, integrating them into existing systems and leading cross-functional projects from concept to scale.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, providing user support and fostering a culture of innovation across the organisation.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years in tech development, systems engineering, or innovation, with strong knowledge of emerging technologies and digital transformation.
  • Experience with agentic AI, automation tools (e.g. RPA, Power Automate), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs, and agile development.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery skills.
  • Proven ability to work with business acumen and a social heart, balancing strategic goals with day-to-day operational needs.
