Project Overview

We seek skilled and experienced Finishing Managers to oversee the execution of high-profile projects.

Candidates will be involved in various tasks, gaining valuable experience and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all finishing work meets quality standards and adheres to project specifications and timelines.
  • Manage subcontractors' schedules, providing necessary resources and materials for efficient completion.
  • Identify project variations and refer to the Site Manager, Contract Administrator, and/or Project Manager for processing.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify defects or deficiencies and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate trades and facilitate communication among team members.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of market conditions, construction techniques, and industry standards.
