Role Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences during the vehicle service process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and communicate with members, confirming vehicle information
  • Provide estimates for repair and maintenance services
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Update members on the status of their vehicle
  • Handle member concerns and complaints in a professional manner
  • Prepare and complete repair orders
  • Support team sales targets and conversion rates

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills
  • Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing
  • Sound administrative skills
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective teamwork skills and ability to develop positive workplace relationships
