Job Title

Ambitious Team Player Sought for Key Role

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our venue. This encompasses supporting the Publican, leading a team of hospitality professionals, and delivering exceptional customer service.

A Day in the Life
  • Develop strong relationships with regular customers to create an inviting atmosphere
  • Work closely with the Publican to ensure the venue is running safely, efficiently, and with a great vibe
  • Assist in managing a team of hospitality staff, including training and coaching as needed
  • Handle any issues that may arise during service to prevent them from becoming major problems
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure all guests have an exceptional experience
About You
  • You have previous experience in a hospitality or management role, preferably in a similar environment
  • You have developed strong leadership skills and can motivate and inspire your team
  • You are confident, prideful, and possess excellent communication skills
  • You hold current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications as required by state regulations
