Senior Structural Engineering Specialist

Are you a seasoned structural engineering expert with a passion for leading and supporting teams in the renewable energy sector? We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead Structural Engineer to join our team and drive success in utility-scale solar, battery energy storage systems, and high-voltage infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and project leadership skills to develop and review design calculations, specifications, drawings, and construction documents in compliance with industry codes and Australian standards.
- Lead structural engineering design efforts, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.
- Perform analysis for static and dynamic loads, including wind and seismic forces, to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to senior and junior engineers and designers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Conduct site inspections, structural assessments, and reviews during construction to ensure compliance with design and safety standards or provide effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) accreditation or actively pursuing.
- Minimum 12 years of structural engineering experience, with at least 7 years in renewable and HV power plant projects.
