About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced structural engineering specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing structural analysis, acceptance testing, certification, and troubleshooting across a variety of steel and concrete structures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structural analysis and design of complex structures, including steel lattice towers, guyed structures, and concrete foundations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement structural engineering solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents and reports related to structural engineering activities.
  • Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions for structural engineering projects.
  • Perform quality assurance and control functions to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and technologies.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in structural analysis and design using industry-standard software.
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, including mechanics of materials and structural behavior.
  • Familiarity with AS 4100, AS 3600, AS 3995, and AS 1170 codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Possession of professional engineering license (PE) or ability to obtain within six months.
