Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with colleagues to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure effective scheduling of staff to meet business needs.
  • Support the implementation and success of special events held at the store.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Maintain high visual presentation standards based on company vision and market needs.
  • Cultivate client relationships and develop a loyal customer base.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and operating standards through the store.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate sales growth.
  • Use appointments and digital booking tools to drive sales growth and deliver a unique service experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Ensure the team is prepared for key moments – sales, product launches etc.
  • Model the company values and lead by example.
Requirements
  • A demonstrated retail history and experience in management would be beneficial.
  • Be capable of running a store effectively.
  • Demonstrate creativity and flair in store operations.
  • Have an amazing energy that invites customers into the store.
  • Have experience in customer relationship management and an understanding of luxury customer service.
  • Proven ability to meet financial, operational, and service KPIs.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality visual merchandising.
  • Flexibility and availability.
  • Be a brand ambassador, embracing the values wholeheartedly.
