Job Overview

The role of an Identity Management Lead is crucial in driving the development and operation of strong and simple identity and access systems.

The team will be responsible for building upon the bank's strategic enterprise identity and access management system, ensuring end-to-end lifecycle identity and access management for all people with access to the bank's internal network.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a cross-functional team responsible for the development and operation of the bank's strategic Identity and Access Management system, leveraging Sailpoint Identity IQ platform expertise.
  2. Provide visionary leadership, guidance, and mentorship to associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders and teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  4. Develop and execute comprehensive plans to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall team efficiency.
  5. Monitor and mitigate risks, resolving issues that impact deployment scope, schedule, and quality.
  6. Communicate project plans, commitments, and changes to stakeholders, including senior management.
  7. Deliver high-quality metrics and reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  8. Identify and remove impediments, guiding the team to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
