Automotive Technician - Light Vehicle Specialist

Located in Roxby Downs, our client is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join their workshop team. They have served the community for many years in Mechanical and Auto-Electrical servicing and repairs. This position will initially commence on a casual full-time basis to move to full-time for the right person.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out quality servicing and repairs on various makes of cars & 4WDs
  • Fault finding and diagnostics
  • Identifying and repairing technical issues
  • Carrying out work in a timely matter to meet customer needs and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification – Certificate III Automotive (Mechanical – Light Vehicle)
  • Proven experience in a similar role and with liaising with customers
  • A broad working knowledge across a range of car and 4WD makes and models
  • Valid driver's license (Must be able to drive a manual)
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Drug and Alcohol Test
