The Field Training Representative Instructor will deliver both practical and theoretical training to customers during Introduction Into Service. This role involves close cooperation with the training provider responsible for developing learning materials and technology-enabled learning.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) model is required.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in delivering complex training in a defence environment is essential.
- Experience dealing with army units is highly regarded, but delivering training in different domains such as maritime, aerospace, aviation etc will also be considered.
- Cert IV in workplace training (or equivalent) is required.
