Swimming Instructors Needed

About The Role

We are looking for highly motivated and skilled swimming instructors to join our team at Pelican Park Recreation Centre in Hastings, VIC. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching effective swimming and water safety skills to children of all ages and abilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer service excellence, and the ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds. You should have a passion for making a difference in the lives of your students and be able to convey this enthusiasm in a fun and engaging way.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be energetic, dynamic, and have an innovative approach to teaching. You should also have current First Aid and CPR certificates, as well as a Working With Children Check and National Police Check.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
