We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Integrated Pest Management Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have experience in horticulture, agriculture or a nursery environment and be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting site visits to monitor pest activity and determine the efficacy of management programs

- Developing reports that detail recommendations and actively following up any grower issues or concerns to find solutions

- Building strong relationships with growers through regular communication and high-quality service

This is a long-term opportunity for career development in IPM consulting. Occasional long-distance travel is required.

To be successful in this role, you must be an effective communicator who can build strong relationships with growers.

You will:

- Work autonomously, managing your own time and workload

- Be capable and willing to manage administrative requirements

- Commit to observing quarantine and restricted movement rules to prevent cross contamination

- Demonstrate high proficiency in all types of communication

Ideally, you have completed a Diploma or Degree in entomology or a similar science discipline.
