Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Front-End Tech Lead to join our technology team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with fellow engineers and contribute to coding, solution design, and architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop software, design solutions, and create architectures
  • Lead and manage a small team of engineers, reviewing code and assigning tasks
  • Collaborate with peer engineers on code reviews
  • Mentor junior engineers, promoting teamwork and collaboration
  • Provide suggestions for improving the codebase and architecture
  • Work with the support team to resolve production defects
  • Interact with customers through demos and customer success meetings

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Software Developer
  • 2+ years of experience in leading/managing teams
  • Familiarity with AWS (or similar) and ability to deploy own code
  • Experience with Front-End frameworks (Angular preferred)
  • Ability to perform solution design from scratch
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals
