As a Staff Front-End Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Architecting, planning, and leading the development of scalable software solutions that meet the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive architectural changes and deliver complex projects.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior developers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve our engineering processes.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience specialising in Front-End development.
  • T-shaped Developer with skills and depth across both Front-End and Backend.
  • Proficient in TypeScript and experienced in React and Next.js.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale features and applications across multiple teams.
  • Able to write clean, maintainable code and ensure code reviews and best practices are followed.
