Job Opportunity: Early Childhood Educator

The role of an Early Childhood Teacher is to provide high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years. This involves creating engaging and play-based learning experiences that cater to each child's unique needs and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Design and lead educational programs that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in young children.
  • Build strong relationships with families and engage them in their child's learning journey.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children to explore, create, and learn.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and review policies and procedures that ensure the well-being of children and staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • Current Qld Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
