Electrical Engineering Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned electrical engineer to assume a leadership position and drive project success, expand client relationships, and identify new business opportunities across diverse building projects.

This is a full-time role that requires technical excellence, strategic business development, and strong stakeholder engagement. As a senior member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Leading client-facing project delivery with high-quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Driving business development initiatives to pursue new project opportunities and nurture long-term client partnerships.
  • Managing internal design teams and overseeing engineering assessments across complex projects.
  • Representing the company in industry forums, client presentations, and strategic meetings.
  • Delivering innovative electrical designs, reports, and specifications across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in a design consultancy environment with a strong track record of client engagement and project leadership.
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of delivery.
  • Strong technical knowledge in LV power systems and lighting design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
