Job Title: Educator and Caregiver

About This Role:

  • This position involves teaching young children aged 0-5 years in a stimulating environment.
  • You will work collaboratively with our leadership team to develop educational programs that cater to the needs of all children.
  • The educator will plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with the National Quality Standard and our centre's educational philosophy.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and participate in regular meetings with parents to share information about their child's development.
  • Contribute to policy development related to education and care at the centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs for diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to achieve centre goals and objectives.
  • Plan and deliver educational programs tailored to individual children's needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in regular meetings with parents.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures for education and care.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an early childhood setting.
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Standard and our centre's educational philosophy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Capacity to plan and deliver educational programs for diverse learning styles.
