About the Role

The Senior Research Associate will play a pivotal role in informing and influencing policy development, system performance, and major initiatives related to the School and Region Reviews' activities and responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and analyzing primary and secondary data (both qualitative and quantitative) related to the work of the unit.
  • Interpreting research findings and providing support in preparing research outputs that are consistent with academic and departmental standards for both internal use and also for publication.
  • Seeking input from stakeholders (both internal and external) and incorporating into projects and analysis.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of collaborative working relationships and strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Reviewing relevant academic literature to inform and support the work of the unit.
  • Providing support in presenting research findings in a manner tailored to the audience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent research skills, including the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • A strong understanding of academic and departmental standards for research outputs.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
